DoLaMi Terms of Service

Effective date: June 30, 2026

DoLaMi is a vocal practice app provided by an individual developer, Xu Xiaorong. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DoLaMi mobile application and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using DoLaMi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About DoLaMi

DoLaMi provides vocal practice exercises, pitch feedback, daily practice routines, challenge progress, specialty practice, subscription access, and related learning features.

DoLaMi is designed for general educational and practice purposes only.

No Medical, Therapeutic, or Professional Advice

DoLaMi does not provide medical advice, clinical diagnosis, speech therapy, vocal therapy, or professional singing instruction.

Any feedback, score, suggestion, range estimate, pitch detection result, exercise recommendation, or practice plan provided by DoLaMi is for general informational and educational use only.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise is appropriate for you. If you experience pain, discomfort, vocal fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other health concern, stop using the app and consult a qualified medical, vocal, or other professional.

DoLaMi is not responsible for injury, vocal strain, loss of vocal ability, health issues, or other consequences resulting from your use of the app, your practice habits, or your reliance on app feedback.

User Responsibility

You agree to use DoLaMi responsibly and safely.

You are responsible for:

• Practicing within your own ability and comfort level.
• Stopping when you feel discomfort or strain.
• Using appropriate volume and listening conditions.
• Ensuring that your device, microphone, headphones, and environment are suitable for practice.
• Complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.

You must not misuse DoLaMi, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the app, access systems without authorization, or use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.

Accounts

DoLaMi may allow anonymous use and sign-in through supported third-party login providers, such as Apple or Google.

If you create or link an account, you are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and for activity associated with your account.

You may delete your account in the app where available. Account deletion may remove or disable access to your account data and practice progress, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and operational retention requirements.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, created risk for DoLaMi or others, or if required by law.

Subscriptions and Purchases

DoLaMi may offer paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases that unlock premium features.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process or store your payment card information.

Subscription terms, pricing, trial availability, billing periods, renewal rules, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by Apple App Store policies and the purchase screen shown at the time of purchase.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subscriptions may automatically renew. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not control Apple's billing systems and are not responsible for App Store payment errors, refund decisions, renewal failures, or delays in subscription status updates.

If your subscription expires, is canceled, refunded, revoked, or payment fails, we may suspend or remove access to premium features.

Free Trials and Promotions

DoLaMi may offer free trials, limited-time access, discounts, or promotions.

Eligibility, duration, pricing, and availability may vary by user, region, platform, or time. We may change, withdraw, or end trials and promotions at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.

Unless stated otherwise, a trial may convert to a paid subscription if not canceled before the trial ends, according to Apple App Store terms.

Practice Content and Results

DoLaMi may generate or provide exercises, practice routines, difficulty levels, pitch targets, range estimates, scores, streaks, progress records, and other feedback.

We do not guarantee that:

• Pitch detection or scoring will always be accurate.
• Suggested exercises will be suitable for every user.
• Practice results will improve your singing.
• Progress metrics will be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• Any specific vocal, musical, health, or performance outcome will be achieved.

Practice data and progress records may be affected by microphone quality, device settings, network conditions, user environment, background noise, account status, software bugs, or service availability.

Privacy

Your use of DoLaMi is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

Third-Party Services

DoLaMi may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to Apple, Google, RevenueCat, cloud hosting, authentication providers, database providers, and other infrastructure services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, policies, or actions of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

DoLaMi, including its software, design, interface, exercises, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from DoLaMi or any part of it, except where permitted by applicable law.

No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use DoLaMi according to these Terms.

Changes to DoLaMi

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of DoLaMi at any time, including features, content, pricing, availability, eligibility, supported devices, or technical requirements.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any feature.

Disclaimer of Warranties

DoLaMi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that DoLaMi will meet your expectations, be compatible with every device or environment, or produce any specific result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoLaMi, its owner, developer, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, personal injury, vocal injury, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use DoLaMi.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to DoLaMi will not exceed the amount you paid to DoLaMi through the App Store in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $20, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoLaMi, its owner, developer, service providers, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any rights of another person or entity.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of DoLaMi after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

对于因你使用本 App、练习习惯或依赖 App 反馈而导致的受伤、嗓音损伤、发声能力受损、健康问题或其他后果，DoLaMi 不承担责任。

用户责任

你同意以负责和安全的方式使用 DoLaMi。

你应自行负责：

• 在自己的能力和舒适范围内练习。
• 感到不适或紧张时及时停止。
• 使用适当的音量和听音条件。
• 确保设备、麦克风、耳机和练习环境适合练习。
• 遵守适用法律和第三方平台规则。

你不得滥用 DoLaMi、干扰服务运行、反向工程本 App、未经授权访问系统，或以违法、有害的方式使用本 App。

账户

DoLaMi 可能支持匿名使用，以及通过 Apple、Google 等第三方登录方式登录。

如果你创建或绑定账户，你应自行负责维护登录方式的安全，并对账户相关活动负责。

你可以在 App 支持的情况下删除账户。账户删除可能会移除或禁用你的账户数据和练习进度，但我们可能会根据法律、安全、反欺诈、备份和运营需要保留部分信息。

如果我们合理认为你违反本条款、滥用服务、给 DoLaMi 或他人造成风险，或法律要求我们采取措施，我们可以暂停或终止你的访问权限。

订阅和购买

DoLaMi 可能提供付费订阅或其他 App 内购买项目，用于解锁高级功能。

购买由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。我们不会直接处理或保存你的支付卡信息。

订阅条款、价格、试用资格、计费周期、续订规则、取消和退款处理，受 Apple App Store 政策以及购买时显示的购买页面约束。

除非你在当前计费周期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则订阅可能会自动续订。你可以在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。

我们无法控制 Apple 的计费系统，也不对 App Store 支付错误、退款决定、续订失败或订阅状态同步延迟承担责任。

如果你的订阅到期、取消、退款、撤销或支付失败，我们可能会暂停或移除高级功能访问权限。

免费试用和促销

DoLaMi 可能提供免费试用、限时访问、折扣或促销活动。

资格、期限、价格和可用性可能因用户、地区、平台或时间而异。在适用法律和 App Store 规则允许的范围内，我们可以随时更改、撤回或结束试用和促销活动。

除非另有说明，试用可能会根据 Apple App Store 条款在试用结束后转为付费订阅。

练习内容和结果

DoLaMi 可能生成或提供练习条目、练习流程、难度等级、音高目标、音域估计、评分、连续练习天数、进度记录和其他反馈。

我们不保证：

• 音高检测或评分始终准确。
• 推荐练习适合每一位用户。
• 练习结果一定会改善你的唱歌能力。
• 进度指标完整、连续或无错误。
• 你会获得任何特定的声乐、音乐、健康或表现结果。

练习数据和进度记录可能受到麦克风质量、设备设置、网络状况、使用环境、背景噪音、账户状态、软件问题或服务可用性的影响。

隐私

你对 DoLaMi 的使用也受我们的隐私政策约束。隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、保存和保护信息。

第三方服务

DoLaMi 可能依赖第三方服务，包括但不限于 Apple、Google、RevenueCat、云托管、身份验证服务、数据库服务和其他基础设施服务。

我们不对第三方服务的可用性、准确性、安全性、政策或行为负责。你使用第三方服务时，可能还需遵守其各自的条款和隐私政策。

知识产权

DoLaMi 的软件、设计、界面、练习内容、图形、标志、商标及相关材料归我们或我们的许可方所有。

除非适用法律允许，你不得复制、修改、分发、出售、出租、再许可、反向工程、反编译 DoLaMi 或其任何部分，也不得基于其创建衍生作品。

除本条款允许你使用 DoLaMi 的有限权利外，我们未向你授予任何其他权利。

DoLaMi 的变更

我们可能随时更新、修改、暂停、限制或终止 DoLaMi 的任何部分，包括功能、内容、价格、可用性、资格、支持设备或技术要求。

对于 App 或任何功能的修改、暂停或终止，我们不承担责任。

免责声明

DoLaMi 按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作任何明示、默示、法定或其他形式的保证，包括适销性、特定用途适用性、准确性、可用性、不侵权、不中断或无错误运行的保证。

我们不保证 DoLaMi 会满足你的期望、兼容所有设备或环境，或产生任何特定结果。

责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，DoLaMi、其所有者、开发者、服务提供商和合作方不对任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性、惩罚性或惩戒性损害负责，包括数据丢失、进度丢失、收入损失、利润损失、业务中断、人身伤害、嗓音伤害，或因使用或无法使用 DoLaMi 而产生的其他损害。

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对任何与 DoLaMi 相关索赔承担的总责任，不超过你在索赔发生前 12 个月内通过 App Store 向 DoLaMi 支付的金额，或 20 美元，两者取较高者。

某些司法辖区不允许部分责任限制，因此上述部分限制可能不适用于你。

赔偿

在法律允许的最大范围内，如果因你滥用本 App、违反本条款、违反法律或侵犯他人权利而产生任何索赔、损害、损失、责任、费用或支出，你同意为 DoLaMi、其所有者、开发者、服务提供商和合作方进行抗辩、赔偿并使其免受损害。

适用法律

本条款受我们运营所在地适用法律管辖，但不适用其法律冲突规则，除非你居住地的强制性消费者保护法律另有要求。

条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。如果发生重大变更，我们可能通过 App 或其他合理方式通知你。

更新后的条款生效后，你继续使用 DoLaMi 即表示你接受更新后的条款。
